Winter Training Camp


Winter training camp will consist of 3 days of riding, followed by bicycle instruction, yoga and nutrition classes.  Each day, groups will ride a route with a specific mileage depending on their fitness level and base distance in which they ride.   Distances are subject to change.  Below is the Schedule:

Friday:

  1. 9:00 am assembly (bicycle safety).
  2. 9:30 am roll out ( a 35 mile or a 50 mile ride).
  3. 12:30 - 2:00 pm lunch.
  4. 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm bicycle repair and nomenclature class.

Saturday:

  1. 9:00 am assembly (bicycle safety).
  2. 9:30 am roll out (a 35 mile or a 55 mile ride).
  3. 12:30 - 2:00 pm lunch
  4. 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm Yoga

Sunday:

  1.  9:00 am assembly (bicycle safety).
  2.  9:30 am roll out ( a 35 mile or a 60 mile ride).
  3.  12:30 - 2:00 pm  lunch.
  4.  2:00 pm - 3:30 pm Sports Nutrition class.

The cost for the camp to pay for lunch and instruction is $10.00 on Friday and $15.00 on Saturday and  $15.00 on Sunday.
